Dear Sir: The claim of Iva E. Clark widow of Joseph T. Clark was filed with you April 14, 1913 and as yet there has been nothing done about it. (claim #1005683 for pension.)

Mrs. Iva E. Clark is in almost destitute circumstances having no income whatever and we the undersigned hereby petition you to make this matter a special one and get this woman her money at the earliest possible date.
